K. Alexander Wallace's Farewell Letter to District 7.
In his final remarks to the district, Board Member K. Alexander Wallace reflects on six years of service to a district he was born in, raised by, and graduated from. He also speaks about his family's personal connection to the very same building he served in as a Board Member and how it only took one generation to go from a night shift custodian to being a Board Member. Lastly, he highlights just five of the accomplishments achieved during his terms - from addressing food insecurity and alumni engagement to establishing Community Schools and rewriting our school system's educational equity policy.
